Kuro's charm
Hullo, I have a friend that stopped playing sekiro because he "supposedly" gave kuro his charm at the commencement of the game and found the difficulty unfair for his first playthrough. At present I did some research and from what I understood that charm can only be obtained through new game plus cycles, am I wrong? Did my friend used some weird excuse to stop playing the game? Cheers for your help.

One time you beat out the game one time, you get the selection to give away Kuro'southward amuse on all subsequent playthroughs, across all saves. So you can starting time a fresh save and still become the option. If he shares an account with someone who beat out the game, information technology tin can happen.

That's good to know, thank you but equally my friend is a collector he just buy things in physical then I doubt he did that with sekiro.

Kuro's charm is ng+ so yeah. Yep he did. The just mode to go the charm on regular ng is to have beaten the game and gotten into the next cycle before starting a new game.

You're correct, Kuro's charm can merely be given back to Kuro in New Game +. Even if he somehow glitched the game, which I don't think he did, you tin as well get the charm back from the sculptor anyway.
